The Director, Digital Delivery Management Office is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise delivery engine for digital transformation. This role ensures that digital initiatives are executed with discipline, transparency, and measurable value realization across the organization.Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Director drives standardized delivery frameworks and governance across a complex portfolio of digital projects and programs, including transformation initiatives, M&A integrations, and enterprise platform deployments. This leader partners closely with Digital's senior leaders to align priorities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistent delivery outcomes. You will be accountable for elevating delivery maturity, enabling coordination across Digital, and providing executive-level visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid or RemoteWhat You Will DoLead the Digital DMO as the enterprise engine for disciplined execution of digital transformation initiatives Stand up and scale a centralized Digital PMO (DMO), including defining the operating model, structure, governance, and ways of workingEstablish and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operating models across all projects and programs; developing associated trainingDrive intra-Digital coordination to manage dependencies, timelines, and execution across complex projects and programsImplement resource and capacity management to optimize deployment of DMO and delivery resources Build and lead a centralized team of Project Managers, Program Managers, and Scrum Masters, with direct accountability for delivery performance across the digital portfolioOwn workforce strategy across the DMO, including contractor sourcing, capacity planning, vendor performance management, and extensionsEnsure rigorous risk, issue, and escalation management with clear visibility and proactive mitigationPartner with leadership and Digital Value Realization to track and report on value realizationEnable structured execution of transformation programs and M&A integrations aligned to enterprise strategyDeliver clear executive reporting and build DMO capabilities, including talent, tools, and performance standards, with ownership of adoption and reporting from Fluid as the system of recordWhat’s In It For YouMedical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much moreThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience15+ years of technology innovation experience, inclusive of technology architecture and engineering10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, PMO leadership, or digital transformation delivery within complex, cross-functional environments5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of Project Managers, Program Managers, or Scrum Masters, with accountability for delivery outcomesMethodology knowledge in Waterfall and AgileWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related disciplineRelevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum (e.g., SAFe, CSM), or equivalent delivery leadership credentialsDaikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% of employee contributions and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions Short term and long term disability 3 weeks of paid time off for new employees + 11 company paid holidaysVacation accrues on a monthly basis, unless applicable federal, state and local law requires a faster accrualPaid sick time in accordance of the federal, state and local law Paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceCompany provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverageThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800 - $193,900 (+ 20%) bonus in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
