Overview In this role you will support the ABMS DI Network Manager program in Orlando, ensuring robust operating systems across the Digital Infrastructure Network. You will work with cross-functional teams to verify and validate production-ready systems while enforcing DoD-compliant configurations. The position offers hands-on lab and field collaboration focused on security, patching, and deployment across Linux and Windows environments. Your work helps sustain critical defense missions by delivering auditable, repeatable system builds and documentation. ResponsibilitiesMaintain the DI‑NIL architecture and services across RHEL, Windows, and related systems.Manage configurations, compliance enforcement, directory integrations, and daily operations.Perform V&V testing for production network systems from build to service delivery.Ensure OSs meet DoD compliance, including patching and version upgrades.Document system builds, configurations, and workflows for repeatability and auditability.Configure operating systems and enforce least-privilege access in collaboration with customers.Support DI‑NIL team efforts and assist with system verification and validation.Engage with customers to clarify requirements and provide technical input. Key requirementsU.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance (ability to upgrade to TS/SCI).DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+).Solid knowledge of operating systems concepts applied to DoD programs.Experience with Active Directory deployment, OU creation, and RBAC security controls.Proven experience with Linux/Unix (RHEL).Strong communication skills and customer-centric input.Ability to participate in cross-functional planning and system integration.Foundational networking knowledge and troubleshooting from a systems view.Experience with government security testing (ACAS/Nessus) and remediation.Ability to brief both technical and non-technical customers.excellent written and verbal communicationcustomer-centric collaborationability to work with diverse technical backgroundsLinux/Unix (RHEL)Windows OSActive Directory / RBAC
