Bartender

We are looking for a positive, talented bartender who can operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced bar environment. Someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, can maintain a clean and organized bar, and help to ensure customers are receiving both high-quality products and high-quality service. We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team of professionals, and help to maintain a positive work environment, and uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence. Responsibilities: Provide guests with a positive and memorable dining experience Know the food and drink menus in detail Be able to answer customer questions about the restaurant, menu, etc. Complete side work associated with your bartending/serving responsibilities Complete all tasks necessary to provide customers with a positive dining experience Follow house cocktail recipes accurately and efficiently. Know how to open and close the bar. Show up to all shifts on time and ready to work. Must have bartending experience in a high customer turnover restaurant. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong hospitality skills needed to provide customers with excellent service. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Must be able to carry roughly 50+ lbs Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
