This role involves leading solution design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce implementations. Key responsibilities include facilitating discovery workshops, gathering requirements, crafting solution designs, developing proof-of-concepts, conducting quality reviews, and providing release planning and DevOps governance. The architect will also mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment on technical specifications for successful project outcomes.What You Will DoLead discovery workshops to understand customer needs, identify user personas, and gather detailed requirements and user storiesAssess our clients' current architecture and design solutions that meet their needsDevelop solution designs and communicate them to stakeholders, highlighting their value to secure approvalEnsure user stories are well-defined and conduct quality reviews to maintain high standards.Create proofs of concept (POCs) and demos to showcase design ideas to clients, incorporating best practice recommendationsGather client feedback and refine designs to align with their needsProvide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceededAssess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testingAssess the project's technical complexity and ensure the appropriate resources are allocated to meet its requirementsParticipate in design and code reviewsAnalyze and mitigates bugs and issuesProvide release planning, DevOps governance and deployment plansConduct unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testingWrite technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the technical team membersDocument build plans and delegate work to team membersYour Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesOver 5 years of consulting experience with expertise in enterprise applications for financial services3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications with advanced skills in Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow, and other Salesforce toolsProven ability to lead client requirements gathering and solution design sessionsExtensive experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Skilled in integrating third-party solutions or implementing nCino applicationsProficient in deploying web and enterprise systems using REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and release processesApplicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorshipWhy join the DX Foundation team?
