Machine OperatorLocation: Sandusky, MI (100% Onsite)Duration: 3 Months ContractPay range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour on W2Shift: 2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays.)DescriptionSite is willing to train candidates on equipment and machine operation.ResponsibilitiesOperate fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches used to cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural materials.Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Position stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rulers, or templates.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.Must HaveExperience in manufacturing or production environment.Previous experience operating fabrication equipment is preferred but not required.
