Company: Werko Machine CompanyLocation: Pennsauken, NJ (climate-controlled job shop)Reports to: Operations ManagerRole type: Full-time, 1st shiftAbout The RoleOwn end-to-end CNC milling—from programming to setup and assisting with operation—on Haas VMCs (3–4 axis).Leverage Autodesk Fusion 360 to generate efficient toolpaths and high-quality finishes.Translate drawings, specs, and sample parts into accurate machining plans and setups.Verify parts meet tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.Follow established procedures and collaborate with a professional, team-focused group.Maintain reliable attendance and complete assignments on time.Contribute to other tasks as needed to support production.Must-Have SkillsFluent CAM-based CNC programming (Fusion 360 or similar) is essential.Hands-on CNC machine setup and operation experience.Strong mechanical aptitude; organized and dependable work style.Proficient in: CNC Tooling, Troubleshooting Skills, CNC Programming, CNC Machine Setup & Changeover.Nice-to-Have ExperienceMulti-axis CNC machining exposure.CAD/CAM familiarity beyond core CAM tasks.Background producing custom or tight-tolerance parts.Equipment & SoftwareHaas CNC mills (VMC, 3–4 axis)Autodesk Fusion 360 (CAM)ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional overtime depending on production.Compensation & Benefits$25–$32 per hourPension plan / 401(k)Life insurance2 weeks PTO plus sick leaveEnd-of-year bonusHealth insuranceVision planPhysical Requirements & SafetyStand and walk for most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs.Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing.Use required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ear protection) as appropriate.Why WerkoWork in a clean, climate-controlled environment where precision and teamwork drive every project.
