CX / eCommerce Data Scientist - NLP, Python, Machine Learning, AWS, SageMaker, Customer-Facing AgentsSentinel is looking for a talented Data Scientist to join a major international client on a fully remote basis across Europe.This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and NLP solutions in a cloud-native environment, helping to design and deploy production-grade machine learning systems at scale.What You’ll Be Doing:Designing and building end-to-end machine learning systems from experimentation through to deploymentExploring and evaluating different ML techniques to identify the best solution for each use caseWriting production and development code in PythonBuilding advanced NLP systems, including transformer-based architectures using HuggingFace TransformersDeveloping production and development code in PythonWorking extensively within AWS, including SageMaker, Amazon MWAA, and AthenaLeveraging Machine Learning frameworks such as scikit-learnSupporting containerised ML deployment workflows using DockerWhat We’re Looking For:CX, text classification and ML systemsAgentic systems mostly on ecommerce or customer-facing agents experienceStrong commercial experience in Machine Learning and NLPExcellent Python development skillsHands-on AWS experience in ML environmentsExperience deploying Machine Learning solutions into productionFamiliarity with modern transformer architectures and deployment practicesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsLocation: Fully Remote within EuropeEngagement: Long-term opportunity with a global enterprise environmentThis is a contract position offering up to €600-650 per day max and the contract will initially run until the end of the year plus extension.
