Due to continued growth, the company is expanding second shift operations to support increasing production demand.Position OverviewOur client is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for owning shift execution across production, quality, staffing, and workflow. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position requiring someone who can operate with a high level of independence. As the primary leader on second shift, you will be relied upon to make real-time decisions, solve problems, and ensure operations run efficiently with limited on-site support.
