The role ensures that cross-team efforts are aligned, tracked, and consistently delivered while providing visibility into performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. It connects teams, surfaces insights, and enables more effective execution across the organization.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate initiatives that span multiple Practice AreasAlign stakeholders across teams to ensure consistent executionIdentify and manage cross-team dependencies and risksSupport teams in maintaining momentum and accountabilityLead analysis of customer NPS and feedback across Practical GuidanceWork closely with Content Strategy to share trends, risks, and opportunities from customer insightsIdentify program-level improvement initiatives and partner with teams to implement and track improvements over timeCoordinate multi-team initiatives such as workflows and similar cross-functional effortsEnsure alignment across content, product, and operations teamsTrack progress and support consistent execution across participating groupsLead coordination and rollout of automated templates and drafting-related initiativesEnsure consistency in approach and adoption across Practice AreasIdentify opportunities to scale successful approachesPartner closely with Global Operations on dashboards and reporting across PG initiativesProvide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and outcomesPartner with other roles to align on metric definitions and avoid duplicationCoordinate creation and improvement of data with the analyst team to ensure all teams have access to information necessary to drive practice area strategyAct as a central coordinator and connector across Practice AreasFocus on structure, visibility, and consistency, not strategy ownershipRequirementsJ.D. preferredExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or programsStrong organizational and program management skillsAbility to work across multiple teams and stakeholdersExperience with reporting, dashboards, and performance trackingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEffective coordination and delivery of cross-practice initiativesCustomer insights (NPS) translated into actionable improvementsWorkflows and multi-team efforts aligned and consistently executedDashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into performanceReduced friction when working across Practice AreasBenefitsHealth Benefits: Comprehensive, multi-carrier program for medical, dental and vision benefitsRetirement Benefits: 401(k) with match and an Employee Share Purchase PlanWellbeing: Wellness platform with incentives, Headspace app subscription, Employee Assistance and Time-off ProgramsShort-and-Long Term Disability, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Critical Illness, and Hospital IndemnityFamily Benefits, including bonding and family care leaves, adoption and surrogacy benefitsHealth Savings, Health Care, Dependent Care and Commuter Spending AccountsUp to two days of paid leave each to participate in Employee Resource Groups and to volunteer with your charity of choiceLocation & CompensationPrimary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New York $104,800 – $174,700.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 – $158,800.
