Job Summary: The Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing programmatic and behavior management expertise to the classroom teacher. The Behavior Analyst provides support in matters related to classroom behavior management, assessing functionality underlying challenging behaviors, development of behavior support plans, data analysis, identification of alternative replacement behaviors, and instructional styles which promote positive student behaviors.

Qualifications
Current Board Certification (successfully pass the BCBA Board exam) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Current PA Instructional or Educational Specialist certification
Master's degree in related field
Public school experience in a related field
Current certification in Non-violent Physical Crisis Intervention
Must possess excellent organizational, subject knowledge, and classroom management skills
