This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your passion for semiconductor device physics, data science, and machine learning to ensure the long-term performance and reliability of Ampere's cutting-edge AI compute products.The Ampere Internship program focuses on you to build your networks, support your efforts in making an impact, and giving you exposure to what Ampere does and how Ampere operates across the company. We want you to leave with the feeling that what you've worked on made a difference, a new level of confidence of what you're capable of, technical expertise, and a new network of contacts.Internship period is full-time for summer 2026 (May/June - August/September)What you'll achieve:Develop scalable and adaptable models to predict device aging and performance degradation for Ampere's cutting-edge AI compute products.Design and implement automated tools for efficient large-scale data processing.Apply machine learning techniques to identify critical signals and subtle trends to streamline reliability assessments.Drive official documentation of methodologies, findings, and model updates.Collaborate with ATE, DFT, and design teams to improve product performance and reliability.Gain hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and reliability, product qualification, data science, and AI hardware innovation.About you:Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and statistics.Proficient in programming languages, such as C/C++ and Python.Experience with git.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex product issues.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.Education:Currently pursuing a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or related field.What we'll offer:At Ampere we believe in taking care of our interns and providing a competitive rewards package that includes an hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.
