*Job Summary* We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Pay is salary plus tips. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options, including wine and spirits. * Take accurate orders using Toast, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. * Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling additional menu items to enhance guest experience. * Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and food safety protocols. * Assist with setting up tables, refilling stations, and ensuring cleanliness in dining areas to promote a welcoming environment. * Engage with guests to foster positive relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction during their visit. *Requirements* * Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. * Strong knowledge of beverage service, including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. * Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals. * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. * Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. * The desire to want to learn to bartend is also a plus, therefore you must be 21 to apply to this position.
