But to us, financial dreams and goals are serious business.Job SummaryThe DMV & Servicing Specialist supports the Consumer Loan Department by ensuring accurate DMV title and registration processing and providing specialized loan servicing support. This role plays an important part in protecting the Credit Union's lien position, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering a positive experience for members and internal teams.This position requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, and strong collaboration across Lending, Servicing, and Operations.For a detailed description of job responsibilities, please view the attached job description.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and track DMV titles and registrations to ensure timely and accurate lien perfection on vehicle loansIndependently manage title control, including out‑of‑state transactions, paid‑off titles, DMV refunds, and audit supportServe as a resource for DMV requirements and documentation, staying informed on regulatory and procedural changesProvide specialized loan servicing support across vehicle loans, HELOCs, signature loans, and credit cardsResearch and resolve servicing questions related to loan terms, payments, payoffs, and account maintenanceCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex servicing scenarios and promote consistent, accurate servicingRespond to member and employee inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and sound judgmentMaintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable regulations, policies, and proceduresKey QualificationsExperience with DMV/title processing, loan servicing, insurance transactions, or related workKnowledge of consumer loan products and applicable regulationsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesClear written and verbal communication skills with a service‑focused approachProficiency with Windows‑based systems and standard office equipmentEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredThree to five years of relevant experience preferredWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission‑driven credit union focused on service and communityPlay a meaningful role in accurate lending operations and regulatory complianceWork in a collaborative, professional, and team‑oriented environmentSESLOC offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including fully paid employee medical, dental, and vision; vacation, sick, and holiday time off; 401(k) with a generous employer match, and tuition reimbursement.Please attach a cover letter explaining how you are the perfect fit for this role along with your current résumé.This position is full‑time, on site.EOEAs part of the recruitment process, SESLOC may run a bond check, credit check and criminal history check as part of the recruitment process.
