Healthcare Consultant Manager

Healthcare Consultant Manager Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner to federal health agencies. We are exploring the addition of an experienced Healthcare Consultant Manager to support our clients in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The selected candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on providing project management and support across mission-focused programs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead complex, veteran-focused programs by managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams while consistently exceeding client expectationsDirect the development of high-visibility deliverables and program artifacts aligned with client objectivesAssess existing practices and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance program effectiveness and outcomesMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experienceDemonstrate responsibility supporting complex, team-based engagements within consulting organizations, government agencies, or federal support contractorsExperience with consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, and process improvement, to drive successful outcomesExperience with project management tools to plan, track, and execute work effectivelyOperate effectively in project environments requiring collaboration across multiple functional subject areasTranslate complex concepts into clear, concise, and accessible information for diverse stakeholder audiencesDemonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorshipAbility to obtain a public trustCompensation & BenefitsPFS offers a benefits package that may include health, dental, and vision coverage; flexible spending accounts; disability and life insurance; retirement plan; paid time off; and other programs to support employees and their families.
