We are looking for CNC MACHINISTS! · 1st Shift CNC Lathe: M-F (7:30am-4pm) · 2nd Shift CNC Lathe: M-F (4pm-12:30pm) · 2nd Shift CNC Mill: M-F (4pm-12:30pm) Pay: $23/HR - $30/HR DOE SUMMARY: The CNC Machinist will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in the setup, operation and care of HAAS CNC lathes. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to perform the following: · Verify your own work using, Micrometers and Gages, Height gage and Caliper · Multi-task, take initiative, and communicate clearly with your team and management · Composite experience is a plus KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: · Machinist will operate and maintain lathe/ milling machines. Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes is required. 5 axis experience is a plus. · Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production. · Ability to take precise measurements for cutting or shaping using standard SMI, calipers, mics, and height gages. · Maintain inventory of completed products. · Possess attention to detail and accuracy while checking output for quality assurance and document or discard defects. · Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement, in the aerospace industry is a plus.
