JD:-We are looking for Sr BA/AI Process Consultant to Drive AI and automation initiatives within an investment management environment by partnering with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, assess ROI, and translate requirements into scalable solutions. Lead end-to-end delivery using Agile methodologies, acting as a Scrum Master to ensure timely execution, while bridging business, technology and AI teams to enable operational efficiency and digital transformation.Key skills/ Experience:-Engage directly with business stakeholders across the investment management firm to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation, with a focus on operational efficiency and scalabilityConduct ROI assessments for automation initiatives, translating business value into data-driven recommendations that support leadership decision-makingLead end-to-end requirements gathering, translating complex business processes into clear functional specifications for AI and automation solutionsServe as a Scrum Master for delivery teams — facilitating sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring agile ceremonies drive consistent, on-time deliveryAct as the connective tissue between business, technology, and AI teams — bridging domain knowledge with delivery execution in a fast-paced financial services environment.
