Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Care Services and ability to handle tasks such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistancePossession of PCA experience and understanding of basic caregiving responsibilitiesStrong Interpersonal Skills for building a positive rapport with clients and their familiesEffective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsA caring and empathetic attitude towards client needsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, and any applicable certifications are a plus
