We are looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager to handle personal injury claims from start to finish. Case Manager will get a lot of hands-on experience, initial client contact, scheduling medical appointments, reporting claims for lien resolution, and providing quality client care. We are looking for the right candidates for long-term employment.Personal Injury Case Manager Responsibilities:Conduct initial interviews with clients to gather essential information. Organize and manage case files, keeping all documents current. Communicate with insurance companies to report claims and negotiate settlements. Address property damage (PD) and loss of use claims. Provide outstanding client support and maintain regular communication. Handle phone inquiries, respond to questions, and update clients on their case status. Perform administrative duties such as document scanning, data entry, and filing. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support case strategies. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications:Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities; keen attention to detail; proficiency in legal and case management software, databases, and other relevant technologies. Prior experience in personal injury or legal case management is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
