DescriptionThis position is responsible for generating leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible.Essential FunctionsDevelop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customersLead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goalsMaintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employeesMeet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basisResponsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accuratelyResponsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leadsEnsure workstation/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all timesWork EnvironmentEvents: Kiosk and showroom locations (Detroit Auto Show, Festivals and Home Shows)Canvass: Neighborhoods and subdivisions Work HoursHours vary based on department and season. Night and weekends are required for marketing associates.CompensationThe compensation is designed to reward and compensate marketing associates who strive to their best every day. A sustained effort and a disciplined approach will lead to consistent results and a very rewarding compensation plan.
