Social Media Content Creation Assistant

Job Description Brows & Beauty Med Spa is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brands. This role combines social media content creation on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, social media site management, digital marketing, and active sales conversion with inquiring clients. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, has a strong sense of time management and comfortable communicating directly with prospective clients to help aid in generating and client appointments.Primary Responsibilities• Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms• Develop and monitor paid advertising campaigns• Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries promptly• Actively convert leads into booked appointments through professional sales communication• Follow up with prospective clients to increase booking rates• Track engagement, ad performance, and lead metrics• Support promotional campaigns across multiple company brandsQualifications• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)Experience and or high level of understanding in content creations, managing social media for a business or brand• Background in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred• Sales experience preferred; must be conformable engaging and have confidence in closing and nurturing leads• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills preferred• Self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyCompany DescriptionGrowing company with project expansion and growth opportunity.Company DescriptionGrowing company with project expansion and growth opportunity.
