Weekend availability is required Responsibilities – Parts Counter Person: Help retail customers in select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories, order and stock parts and accessories into inventory Obtain parts for repair technicians Answer requests for parts information Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders. Attractively display merchandise Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves, bins, etc. Other duties may be assigned Requirements - Parts Counter Person: Parts experience is preferred (Harley-Davidson experience is a PLUS) Good telephone manners and computer skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience A positive attitude and professional appearance Valid driver's license and good driving record A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement. Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable moving/learning to move heavy-weight Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
