Location: Utah | Financial ServicesWe are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to partner directly with the President and support the continued growth and operational excellence of a dynamic financial services organization.This role serves as a critical extension of the President’s office - driving alignment, accountability, and execution across the business. The Chief of Staff will play a central role in shaping and advancing strategic initiatives, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and effectively executed across departments.This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong business acumen.Key Responsibilities
Partner with the President to develop, refine, and execute strategic priorities aligned with the company’s long-term vision
Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution, alignment, and measurable outcomes
Coordinate and manage executive leadership meetings, including agenda setting, preparation, and follow-up actions
Monitor organizational performance, tracking key metrics and ensuring accountability across departments
Serve as a central point of coordination across business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities
Lead and manage special projects and high-impact initiatives on behalf of the President
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure consistent follow-through
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, recommendations, and decision supportQualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related field)
Background in financial services, mortgage, lending, banking, or related industry strongly preferred
Proven experience supporting senior executives or operating in a strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff capacity
Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to drive execution and results
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
