Working alongside experienced colleagues and car enthusiasts, you will deepen expertise in motorsports commercial insurance products and risk-management strategies while advancing your professional growth. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional client service, providing tailored coverage solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to protect clients' unique assets and passions. You will review client exposures, loss histories, and current coverages to assess commercial risk, then provide expert risk-management guidance tailored to motorsport needs. You'll negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing with specialty carriers to secure comprehensive options, present renewal proposals, and lead annual, interactive client reviews. Day-to-day you'll provide proactive service, anticipate client needs, respond promptly by phone, email, or in person, maintain accountability for client retention, and drive new business through referrals and program expansion. You will also coordinate pre-event risk assessments and insurance planning for motorsports events, collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other professionals for seamless policy issuance and claims handling, and stay current on industry trends and emerging risks.QualificationsDeep understanding of the unique risks and commercial insurance products associated with motorsports businessesExperience with garage and dealer insuranceProperty & Casualty (P & C) License requiredStrong client service orientation with ability to manage expectations effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, carriers, and clientsEstablished relationships with specialty motorsports and commercial carriersThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:Love for cars!BenefitsGenerous time off, including personal and volunteeringTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesHybrid or Remote workCharitable contribution match programsStock purchase opportunitiesWe are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.SalaryThe applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $123,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
