Restoration Project Manager We are seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee production crews, manage job assignments, coordinate with adjustors and insurance carriers, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to company standards. You'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong communication with leadership and clients. PuroClean is a leader in emergency property restoration, helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other property damage events. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction, overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from initiation to completion, coordinating and scheduling production crews and job assignments, monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines, preparing and maintaining accurate job documentation and reports, communicating regularly with the General/Operations Manager and Owner, identifying opportunities for process improvement and team development, ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards, maintaining equipment and upholding safety and operational guidelines, and addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications include experience in project management, operations, or restoration/construction preferred, strong leadership and team management skills, experience with budgeting, estimating, or financial oversight, knowledge of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on-site, excellent communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping ability, ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members, and strong relationship-building skills with clients and team members. Requirements include a valid U.S. Driver's License, clean background check, drug-free workplace, ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, comfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces), and ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
