Moving Company General Manager

Our company seeks a general manager to help us grow our startup moving company. We are looking to start a general manager at a pay rate based on 20% of net profit, but we are willing to negotiate based on experience. Responsibilities - Create and foster Business to Business relationships to drive income growth - Manage crews/assist with Hiring - Scheduling - Establish consistent growth with the company. - Take customer calls / manage client intake Requirements - Experience in management OR associate/Bachelor's in a relevant field. - Customer/Product centric approach to work - Located within driving distance of the Austin Area - At least 20 hours to dedicate per week to work - Flexibility to take calls during the day Assistance - Direct coordination with CEO and COO to assist with operations, customer concerns, strategy, etc. - Advanced Automated Dispatch System to track income, job management, crew management, and client intake. - Work Phone Number Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Profit sharing Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Austin, TX 78705: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TX 78705
