Manager - IT Integration

Job purpose The Manager - IT Integration is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s IT strategy. Responsible for securing the operation of information systems and their deployment as the Company grows and implements initiatives that improve the security and efficiency of the Company’s data and systems. Responsible for participating as part of cross-functional teams, able to manage desktop support, network administration, and vendor interactions including up to date network practices. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure our IT systems and infrastructure are supported at all times. Maintain system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and coordinate testing. Develop and execute the global IT strategic plan Analyze needs of different departments/companies to determine ways to improve systems performance and processes Vendor Management – Ensure our outsourcing relationships are reviewed per policy Oversee technical projects, directing internal IT staff and coordinating IT service providers Prepare department budget and oversee efficient spend, provide guidance to FB Division on their IT budget requirements. Participate in short- and long-range planning and the execution of strategic initiatives to reach the organization’s business objectives. Oversee and maintain our corporate ERP systems (Epicor Enterprise, etc.) and ancillary hardware and software applications. Will be responsible for any company- wide upgrade efforts. Anticipate future network needs, identify proactive solutions to satisfy needs. Stay abreast of market and IT sector conditions; advise senior management team of potential opportunities and threats. Serve as an advocate to support a process of risk management for the company, so that growth and investing occur in a disciplined/responsible manner. Interaction/Communication - Interacts with others in a manner promoting individual fulfillment, teamwork and respect for others. Communicates project plans, schedules, status and designs to ensure mutual beneficial working relationships with people inside and outside the Company and coworkers. Manager - IT Integration Qualifications Bachelor's degree or requisite experience required, advanced schooling, including certifications such as A+, MCP would be helpful Minimum of four years of help desk management. Strong customer service skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise systems. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from single users or groups of users. Experience running a support desk infrastructure across multiple locations & continents. Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 and Office 2010 and 2013 Suites. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate information for other teams. Excellent organizational skills and a minimum of 2 years’ project management experience required.
