Our processes are structured, our crews are held to high standards, and our projects are managed with professionalism from start to finish.What You Will DoLead and oversee all field installation projects by supervising Field Managers, coordinating crews and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor project progress, enforce installation best practices, resolve operational challenges, and maintain compliance with company SOPs and manufacturer requirements.Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety audits and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to protect crews and job sites.Develop and mentor Field Managers and installation crews through coaching, performance evaluations, training initiatives, and succession planning to build a high-performing field operations team.Drive productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction by monitoring labor and material performance, improving operational efficiency, resolving punch-list items, and coordinating schedules with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.RequiredWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent 5–7+ years of experience in exterior construction or siding installation, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing crews and field personnelExperience overseeing multiple crews and managing 8–15 direct and indirect reportsStrong knowledge of exterior cladding systems, building codes, and blueprint readingProficient in Google Suite, construction management software, scheduling, and resource planning toolsProven leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach to field management PreferredDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldKnowledge of OSHA safety standardsProblem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficientlyP&L Responsibility for multiple departments, divisions, or projects simultaneouslyWhy Vanir?Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance: Employer paid medical and dental insurance401k with Company Match: Invest in your future selfCompensation for this role is aligned with comparable positions and reflects experience, skills, and responsibilities.PTO: Accrual up to 2 weeks paid vacation and 10 paid holidays upon hireCareer Development- On the job training and advancement opportunitiesReady to be on our team?VANIR sets the bar for exterior siding projects across the Carolinas and Georgia - and we work with leaders who respect craftsmanship, safety, and accountability.
