DescriptionThe UX Designer will create visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across digital platforms, including 3D animation, marketing materials, and user-centered designs. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, branding systems, and campaign assets that ensure consistency and high-quality execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience in 3D animation, typography, and UX/UI design, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. They excel at translating concepts into polished deliverables while collaborating effectively and maintaining brand integrity.This is a remote position based in Seattle, Washington. The role may require occasional in-person attendance for meetings and company Town Hall events. Key Responsibilities3D animation creation and renderingTypography creation and brand adherence Create LoFi and HiFi wireframes in Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts to the client or project leads and contributors – ensure the interface aligns with the branding guidelines Optimize campaign materials for social media platformsCreate full branding style guides for the projectEnsure all materials are in full accordance with brand guidelines and Work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) with other co-workers to reach similar levels of brand execution and guidelinesWork closely with our copywritersCollaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outletsCreate compelling and effective logos, designs, and print and digital mediaMaintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trendsCreating full design concepts from inception to executionPresent full design and take feedback with clients and stakeholdersFully understand the process for all supported website platformsAdhere to file naming conventions and file formatting assigned by the leads Adhere to outlined submission process, including the correct use of file-naming conventions, formatting, templates, proper formatting, sizes, and accessibility requirements Maintain both Team's Site and Freemind Site folders and OneNote resources, process frameworks, checklists, templates, and other noteworthy items following the proposed structure and layout Other duties as assignedRequirementsAbility to create PowerPoint presentations and templates, Outlook emails, and Word documents to a design agency levelAbility to create full digital event production kits that include animated files and large-scale renderingsAbility to create full marketing bill of materialsStrong communication, storytelling, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skillsProficiency in Microsoft Products: Teams, Microsoft Office, PCProficiency in the creation of user flow experienceExcellent cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university or commensurate experience2-4 years with Adobe Premiere and After Effects 2-4 years proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign2-4 years of 3D animation skills 3-5 years using Figma creating full UX designs3+ years of graphics design experience working with corporate clients in a marketing setting2-4 years user experience with web design skills with an emphasis on accessibility and adhering to brand guidelinesPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
