User Experience Researcher
Optomi, in partnership with a premier partner in the telecommunications field, is seeking a User Experience Researcher to support a high-impact digital initiative. This role will be instrumental in improving customer experiences by conducting research that informs product development, enhances communication strategies, and streamlines service interactions.This role is designated as remote however interested candidates must be based in Dallas, TX OR Atlanta, GA so as to collaborate at their local hubs as-needed. Responsibilities:Conduct user research to improve digital products and servicesDevelop research plans and collaborate with cross-functional teamsAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive insightsPartner with product and marketing teams to align research with business goalsAdvocate for user needs and influence design and development decisionsQualifications:5-8+ years of UX research experience in digital products or service-based industriesExpertise in user research methodologies and data-driven decision-makingStrong collaboration skills to work with designers, engineers, and stakeholdersExperience with mobile applications and automated customer interaction tools is a plusBachelor's degree in HCI, Interactive Media, Psychology, Sociology, or related field (Advanced degree preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing user research experience, including methods used, insights gathered, and how findings informed design decisions
