Personal Injury Settlement Manager – American Fork, Utah Idiart Law Group is expanding its team and seeking a Personal Injury Settlement Manager for our American Fork, Utah office. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales and negotiation experience, even if they don't have a background in personal injury law. As a Personal Injury Settlement Manager, you will advocate for clients in personal injury cases, working directly with insurance adjusters to secure fair settlements. This year, we have expanded our team into Utah and are looking for dynamic individuals to join us in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Qualifications: Strong sales or negotiation experience (PI experience is not required) Ability to communicate effectively and advocate for clients Excellent organizational and clerical abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet Strong English language skills, both written and verbal Strong Spanish skills, both written and verbal Job Duties Include: Negotiating with insurance adjusters to secure settlements for clients Managing communications with clients, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties Working closely with the legal team to ensure clients’ cases progress efficiently Reviewing and preparing necessary documentation related to settlements Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide status updates Our Priority: At Idiart Law Group, we prioritize delivering an exceptional client experience.
