Location: Minot, ND Job/Employment Type: Full Time, Contract, Temporary. Schedule: 30 - 60 hours per week. Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License The Opportunity: You will step into a critical field leadership role overseeing the placement and finishing of large-scale concrete flatwork projects. This position focuses on hands-on supervision, ensuring precision execution from pour to finish. You will lead crews on-site, maintain quality standards, and play a key role in delivering high-performance concrete work across projects in North Dakota and Texas. How You Will Make an Impact:Lead and supervise field crews in the placement and finishing of commercial and industrial concrete flatwork Ensure proper execution of concrete pours, including grading, leveling, finishing, and curing processes Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient workflow on job sites Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure all work meets specifications and client expectations Serve as the on-site point of contact, communicating project updates and addressing field challenges in real time Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices Troubleshoot issues during pours and finishing to prevent delays or defects Maintain accurate daily reports, including progress updates, photos, and field documentation Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency Required Qualifications & Experience:Proven experience supervising concrete placement and finishing crews Strong hands-on knowledge of flatwork, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Experience managing crews in fast-paced, high-demand job site environments Willingness to work 30 to 60 hours per week, including extended hours as needed Willingness to relocate to Minot, ND Preferred Qualifications & Experience:Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial concrete projects Strong leadership and team development skills Familiarity with project documentation and reporting tools Ability to coordinate with multiple crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate with performance-based bonuses.
