Sales CRM Analyst

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Sales/CRM Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the processes, tools, and technologies that support the field sales team. This role gives the chosen individual the opportunity to positively impact the growth of our company.Duties/Responsibilities: Perform sales data analytics and reportingAssist with sales forecasting and territory planningAssist with the development and implementation of sales strategiesCross-department collaboration (e.g. sales, finance and marketing)Assist with sales incentive compensation design and trackingAssist with defining sales process and associated key performance indicatorsSales process optimization to enhance productivitySupport territory design, management, and targetingProvide market trendsAssist in the development and implementation of sales training and development initiativesAssist with CRM implementation and maintenanceOversee vendor credentiallingEnsure compliance with sales policies, practices and proceduresManage expenses in a judicious mannerRepresent the company professionally at all timesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in related fieldThree to five years business experience in increasingly responsible rolesMinimum 2 years’ experience in sales operations or similar roleExperience with CRM implementation preferredPharmaceutical industry experience a plusAbility to work independentlyExcellent time management skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 25% as required to clinical sites and company meetings.Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionalsCapacity for collaboration with all employees of the company
