Part Time CSR at Insurance Agency

Responsibilities Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Handling client requests and questions by phone and in our office. Document and update client records based on interactions. Identify and assess client’s needs to achieve satisfaction. Develop a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients. Qualifications Some insurance background is helpful, but we will train. Excellent computer skills and typing are necessary. Ability to learn quickly and able to multitask. Enjoys working with clients on a professional level. Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. All employees are expected to work on getting NYS Insurance License.
