Marina Dock Hand - FT/Seasonal

This seasonal position will end October 2026.Our Marina is a focal point of the resort, with three piers extending from the main breakwater in front of the resort, with our 150-slip marina. The Marina Dock Hand is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the marina, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and boaters. This role involves assisting with docking and fueling boats, maintaining marina facilities, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors.ResponsibilitiesThe Dock hand must have experience docking boats of all sizes.Ensure unsurpassed quality operation of friendly and courteous attitudes to all guests.Maintain a safe dock area for berthing.Monitor and maintain cleanliness & minor maintenance of the marina docks, fuel station and surrounding areas.Provide exceptional customer service to marina annual members and transient guests.The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
