Were looking for an Accounting Operations Supervisor to support our Accounting Manager and oversee our Cash Management and Accounting Specialist teams. What to Know Before Applying:
Salary range is $70,000 - $83,000/year.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week.
This position is on-site. You have to be able to reliably commute to our office located in Westlake Village.
Our address is One Baxter Way, Suite 270, Westlake Village, California.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:Manage and motivate staff, handle payroll, disciplinary actions, and employee reviews. Ensure well-being and professional growth.
Workflow Management:Oversee task documentation, training, and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Performance Monitoring:Lead team meetings, encourage input, and ensure team members meet their goals.
Communication:Respond to team and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resource Planning:Analyze workloads, anticipate needs, and assist in planning and budgeting.
Qualifications:
4-year college degree preferred.
Minimum 4years of accounting experience and prior management experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
