Implementation Project ManagerRemote (East Coast Hours)Contract roleRedStream is seeking an experienced project manager that has experience with media/advertising technology to work with our leading media client.The project manager will drive migration projects to move clients onto a new SaaS platform.Responsibilities will include traditional project management, providing consultation on implementation best practices and helping outline the best solution for each client.Responsibilities:Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with broader organizational goalsSet client expectations and influence decisions and behaviors by combining disciplined use of the project managers toolkit (i.e. scope documents, timeline, risk logs, etc.) with outstanding communication skillsAnticipate customers, partners and other project resources needs and understand when to be flexible when the unexpected occursParticipate in document planning and evaluation meetingsPresent project related content internally and to client teams, including senior level leadership, at the appropriate level of detailQuickly identify customers business problems and access our support system and knowledge base to provide best practice consultationInfluence and advise on the designing of the software solution that is being implementedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree required. Masters or PMP (a plus)5 years of related Project Management experience, preferably in an implementation capacityExperience with SaaS business model and advertising technology is highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectationsHighly organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast paced cultureStrategic thinker with the ability to influence combined with a roll up your sleeves approach and the ability to execute is a good fit for this jobPossess a can-do attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, a balanced approach to the daily challenges of project work
