With backlog over the next 5 years this provides opportunity to learn and grow.This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimation, Multi-Family, and adaptable to change as the project runs it course.Construction Estimator Qualifications3-5+ years of experience estimating commercial constructionResponsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projectionsDeveloping and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projectsWork with clients and design teamsTrack, price, and negotiate project cost changesResponsibilitiesPreparing material estimates and cost estimatesManaging bids from vendors and contractorsPresenting prepared estimates to management to owners and clientsWorking with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills BenefitsCompetitive compensationGenerous benefits packageGreat work/life balancePositive company cultureOur client is ready to hire an estimator immediately!
