Full Time Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse Practitioner

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm)Location: Arlington, VACompensation: Competitive base salaryResponsibilitiesVHC Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Obstetrics and Gynecology team.Provide support to our obstetrics patients via discharge rounding on our inpatient postpartum unit.Manage a panel of patients with general OB/GYN needs, including annual exams, contraception management, STI screening and treatment, and care for common gynecologic concerns.Collaborate closely with the OBGYN physicians, clinical staff, and support services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) and communicate clearly across the care team.Minimum RequirementsMaster's in Nursing RequiredTwo Years Nurse Practitioner PreferredLicensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) by the Virginia Department of Health Professions RequiredLicensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions RequiredCurrent TeamThis practice is supported by a robust team, including 18 general OB/GYN physicians, one Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgeon, and one Urogynecologist.We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates interested in joining us in a highly collegial environment where the patient is at the center of what we do.HOW TO APPLY?Interested and qualified candidates should send a letter of interest and copy of their CV to Andrea Bell, Director of Recruitment at ...@vhchealth.org.
