Description:Team Manager of Daily Living Services (Hybrid Role)Pay: Starting at $21/hourJob Type: HourlySchedule: Hybrid (Direct Care + Administrative)OverviewWe are seeking aTeam Manager to support individuals and staff within a residential setting. This is a hybrid role requiring 15–20 hours per week of direct care, with remaining hours focused on administrative and leadership responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care support in accordance with service plans (15–20 hrs/week)Write and maintain service plans, goal development plans, and quarterly reportsCoordinate medical appointments, documentation, and follow-upsCoordinate activities and community engagementCreate staff schedules and manage daily staffing needsProvide oversight, guidance, and support to staff in the homeCommunicate effectively with team members and leadershipSupport service quality and complianceSchedule & On-CallHybrid scheduleParticipation in on-call rotation, including weekendsSome weekend work required based on needsQualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented with a flexible, problem-solving mindsetAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExperience in direct care, leadership, or human services preferredBenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Health, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off (PTO) Mileage reimbursementSupportive, mission-driven work environmentRequirements:Completed coursework towards an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a human services, leadership, or education-related field with at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities. OR Two years of experience working with people with disabilities with at least one year of experience in program development and supervision.High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's licenseCurrent automobile insuranceCPR and First Aid certification – We will provide this training if neededProof of TB test  Reliable transportationCompletion of HCSP training Compensation details: 21-21 Hourly Wage
