Program Planner/Scheduler – Deltek Open Plan (Remote)We are looking for a Program Planner for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will maintain and administer the Program Schedule in Deltek OpenPlan including supporting 6+ active Subprojects in a Master and 15+ Program Planning professionals to deliver high-quality schedule management. The role collaborates with all Program Planners and Program Finance to provide coordinated program support including driving the program business operations rhythms and managing data integrity across the Deltek tool suite (OpenPlan, Cobra, PM Compass) and Jira.This is a 15-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, this is a remote role in the US.This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.ResponsibilitiesUtilizing Open Plan with substantial demonstrated success in managing complex schedule architectures and troubleshooting within the Deltek database. Schedule baseline management and control and develop and maintain complex macro-based Excel job aids to meet stakeholder business process needs.Elements of Control Account Manager (CAM) support, and you will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.
