This is a relationship-driven, goal-oriented position where you will play a key role in helping members start and stick to their transformation journey.If you love fitness and enjoy working with people, keep reading.What You Will DoWelcome every member and guest by name and create a strong first impression every time they walk inGuide new members through onboarding and support them during trial workoutsBuild relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term successSupport sales conversations, booking appointments, and following up with prospectsRecognize member milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and achievementsMaintain a clean, organized, and high-energy environmentCommunicate with members consistently to keep them engaged and accountableWhat We Are Looking ForHigh energy, positive attitude, and strong people skillsComfortable with sales conversations and working toward goalsStrong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through textReliable, organized, and accountablePassion for health, fitness, and helping others succeedTeam player who takes ownership and solves problemsSchedule Requirements10 hours average per week.
