What’s better than helping fellow startup builders participate in the success of the companies they worked so hard to build? www.equitybee.comAbout the RoleDevelop deep expertise in EquityBee’s products, messaging, and unique sales approachServe as the primary point of contact for startup employees, building strong and trusted relationshipsUnderstand start-up employee goals and align them with EquityBee’s solutionsOwn the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal structuring, negotiation, and closeClearly communicate the value and ROI of EquityBee’s offerings to prospective customersNegotiate pricing and contractual terms as required to close the sale.Build and manage a high-quality pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly and annual targetsIdentify and qualify new opportunities through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and existing networksRepresent EquityBee through meetings, product demos, events, and targeted account initiativesPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Investor Relations to drive resultsEnsure a strong customer experience, including timely resolution of any service-related issuesMaintain accurate and organized records in CRM systemsAbout you4+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial products or servicesSolid understanding of investment and equity fundamentals, with the ability to quickly build deep product knowledgeFINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required (renewal sponsorship available as needed)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong ability to simplify and communicate complex conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and prioritization skills with a focus on driving revenue outcomesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHighly collaborative, with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyHigh level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountabilityPositive attitude and strong work ethicBenefitsHybrid work environment (Palo Alto office, 3 days onsite per week)Comprehensive medical (HMO/PPO), dental, and vision coverageHSA & FSA account optionsUnlimited PTOWellness and fitness initiativesDog-friendly officeLunch provided x3 week in officeEquity, of course!
