We're looking for an energetic, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Temecula location. Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes Lead, motivate, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales potential Handle cash register operations, POS systems, cash handling, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster team growth Support purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and budgeting efforts to meet financial goals Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures at all times Requirements Minimum of 2 years of retail management or assistant management experience (required). Proven experience driving sales and achieving performance goals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and communicate clearly Excellent organizational skills with a focus on inventory management, bookkeeping, and operational tasks Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for sales transactions and inventory calculations Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and team development Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
