Implementation Engineer

Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in North America, South America, and Europe.As an Implementation Engineer, you will lead the successful integration of advanced audiovisual systems at client sites. You’ll collaborate directly with clients, project teams, and installation crews to manage every stage of the design and deployment process, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standard of quality and professionalism. Your leadership, attention to detail, and technical skills will be instrumental in making every project a success.Why Join Us:Deliver high-impact solutions for prominent clientsThrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and team-focused environmentWork side-by-side with top industry professionalsGrow your skills through unique and challenging AV projectsKey Responsibilities:Participate in daily meetings with teams and clients for projects in various phasesVerify specific site details during project kickoff (building access, cable conveyance, power requirements, layouts, and more)Capture project requirements during preliminary design review (cable color codes, labeling formats, custom equipment, etc.)Estimate labor and material costs from equipment lists and design drawingsScrub Bill of Materials versus line drawings to ensure equipment accuracy before fabrication or installationConduct design reviews and generate wire-lists/cable pull sheetsPrint and distribute design packages to installation teamsCollaborate on red-line corrections in AutoCADLead onsite integration teams, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and efficiency standardsManage onsite inventory and optimize use of labor, including subcontractorsRepresent our core values through communication, professionalism, and teamworkProvide daily project reports (with photos) detailing work completed, schedule updates, and roadblocksCapture red-line updates as needed using Autodesk BuildPerform hands-on integration tasks: rack build, cable pulling, termination/testing, equipment mounting, and system configuration/testingTravel as needed, up to 50%Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required. 5+ years of professional experience in AV systems integrationDemonstrated proficiency installing voice/data cabling, fiber optics, and related systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThorough understanding of project phases: construction, installation, and integrationSkilled with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, Word, and Google SheetsAbility to use basic hand tools including screwdrivers, soldering iron, and crimpersIf you’re ready to take on complex AV challenges and play a key role in exciting integration projects, we invite you to apply!Advanced Systems Group LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Compensation Range: $130K - $150K
