Beyond Gravity USA Inc. seeks an Analysis Engineer to work in Trinity, AL. One day remote. Leadership & Team Coordination: Lead and manage task assignments for the structural analysis team across assigned projects. Coordinate analysis activities within multi-member teams working on shared products. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. Summarize completed work and contribute to project planning with lead analysts. Travel periodically to U.S. sites and Switzerland to support project activities and foster collaboration. Travel requirements: 10% travel to Zurich Switzerland to collaborate with global engineering team.
