Heavy Equipment Operator

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. We do everything from private residential, commercial to public prevailing wage work! Requirements- Proficiency on large and small scale excavators, loaders, dozers & compaction equipment. Must understand elevations & the construction process pertaining to the scope you are doing. Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check required to work on government & K-12 project sites THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION! Must have at least 5 years as an Operator in EXCAVATION. I do not need quarry loader hands or landscapers. Would prefer someone with mainline and/or finish grading, heavy highway type of experience. You will be provided with all equipment, tools, personnel & contacts to properly perform your tasks. This is an old school company mindset. We pride ourselves on being an answer to people's problems, not being another problem. The position requires a high level of professionalism. If you have been in an off-road truck for the last 6 months and now find yourself laid off, then you are not an operator yet. Sorry... Pay DOE for private wage.
