Construction Construction Associate
Overview
In this role, you collaborate within a construction consulting team to support project management and claims analysis for diverse construction projects. You’ll help drive project schedules, costs, and risk tracking while coordinating with clients and internal teams. The position offers exposure to CPM scheduling, dispute resolution, and comprehensive project documentation in a multidisciplinary firm. This is a hands-on role with growth potential in a collaborative, growth‑minded culture.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and analyze project schedulesPlan and analyze project costsParticipate on client engagement teams performing CPM scheduling, delays, productivity, costs and damages analysesTrack and manage project scope changes and project risksReview project documents and perform document controlPrepare project and program status reportsSupport requests of project leads and clients
Key requirementsBachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline with 1–5 years of industry experience or Master with 0–5 years of experienceAdvanced degrees preferredRegistration and certifications are a plusAbility to work in project teams and contributeEffective interaction with clients and internal stakeholdersProactive, self-driven to navigate complexitiesStrong attention to detail and timely task executionStrong analytical thinking and data management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationKnowledge of Primavera and Microsoft Office toolsExperience in contract dispute resolution and construction claims is a plusAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipteam-orientedproactivedetail-orientedPrimaveraMicrosoft Officedata management
