Program Supervisor

*Overview* We are seeking an energetic and experienced Classroom Coaching Staff / Program Supervisor to lead and support educational programs for infants to preschool ages focused on enhancing teaching practices and student engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence instructional quality, develop innovative curricula, and facilitate professional growth within educational settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, teacher coaching, and learning technology, with a passion for fostering effective classroom environments and supporting educator development. The candidate must have preschool classroom experience. This paid position is integral to delivering impactful training and ensuring the success of educational initiatives. *Duties* * Lead classroom coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and modeling best teaching practices to educators in infants - preschool classrooms. * Develop, review, and refine curriculum content aligned with instructional standards. * Design engaging courses utilizing instructional design principles, including ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), to create effective learning experiences. * Facilitate professional development workshops for teachers and school staff to enhance instructional skills and integrate learning technology effectively. * Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple training initiatives using project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of program components. * Oversee the development of instructional content and course design tailored for adult learners in educational settings. * Must be able to evaluate teacher performance, assess student development and progress, and effectively conduct parent-teacher conferences. *Skills* * Extensive experience with instructional designs; skilled in curriculum development and course design. * Strong background in teacher coaching, classroom experience, and professional development facilitation within schools or educational organizations. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to educators and stakeholders. * Demonstrated project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high productivity standards. * Knowledge of adult education principles, instructional leadership in education, and effective classroom strategies. * Ability to write clearly articulated training materials, assessments, and instructional guides that support adult learners’ needs.
