Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

FP&A LeadA prominent and established organization specializing in mechanical services is looking for a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to spearhead and expand its FP&A function. This role is crucial, reporting directly to executive leadership and significantly influencing financial strategy and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development and management of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Create detailed financial models and conduct scenario analyses to guide decision-making. Deliver precise variance reporting along with insights suitable for executive review. Perform pricing, margin, and labor efficiency analysis to enhance profitability. Design and implement dashboards and KPIs to elevate performance visibility across the organization. Provide support for capital planning and acquisition modeling initiatives. Ensure the integrity of ERP data and precision in financial reporting. Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, specifically within the construction or mechanical services sectors. Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting. Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in ERP and BI tools being essential. Exceptional ability to collaborate with operations and executive leadership teams. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
