Field Safety Rep - Substations

Field Safety RepresentativeNorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking a Field Safety Representative to support safety performance on electrical substation construction, maintenance, testing, and commissioning projects across Texas. This role is intended for craft professionals with hands-on substation experience or closely related backgrounds such as transmission line work, testing, relay, or protection & controls.This position does not require prior safety-specific job titles. The ideal candidate brings real field experience, credibility with craft personnel, and a strong understanding of electrical hazards in high-risk environments.
